Mushrooms, Marrow and Minus 8

We're constantly on the lookout for those with unusually creative minds, who love to experiment with their food; for there is always a new twist to the way we can mix up a group of ingredients. Insatiable food lovers know the difference between a smokin' hot dish and one more suitable for say, the general population, who may not savor flavors with as much zeal as food connoisseurs do. We came across this little recipe of mushrooms and marrow, and invite more people to try it and then report back to us; for on site, it looks pretty interesting. And we're curious to know how many other individuals have taken chances with the Minus 8 product when using it in their favorite recipes. Because we KNOW that there are probably many more uses for Minus 8 vinegar than even we or the nation's TOP CHEFS have come up with to-date!
