Building Solid Reputation Recipe by Recipe

Who would have thought that a bunch of frozen grapes turned vinegar, named Minus 8, from a far off vineyard somewhere in Canada would come to surface over and over and over again in the culinary world as a 'must have' ingredient? That's exactly how Minus 8 got it's swelling reputation. If ever there were a message to break-out and travel the grapevine, somehow amidst the no-tell policy of the world's most reputable chef's, word got out on Minus 8. First emerging as a private and high-end wine vinegar made specifically for the most affluent culinary circles, soon enough people began asking about the delicious and distinctive new taste they were detecting in salads, main courses and desserts everywhere. Sometimes, it's the little things in life that count and in this case - a dazzle of Minus 8 here and there packs a mighty big whallop. Hence, its long enduring and rapidly spreading, world-wide reputation!
