8 Brix Red Verjus and 8 Brix White Verjus are a unique twist on traditional verjus. They bring a superb burst of flavour forth via the sweet full flavours of grapes from the ice wine. 8 Brix Verjus is a wine-friendly alternative to vinegars.
Use 8 Brix in place of acidic ingredients such as vinegar, lemon juice or wine. Unlike ordinary verjus, 8 Brix is made from the juice of both red and white grapes harvested at intervals between August and January. The result is a sweet and sour balance with an explosion of fruit flavors. Nice!
