MMM-mmm! This month Chef John Critchley of Miami's posh Area 31 introduced Minus 8 Vinegar at the Whole Foods Market in Coral Gables. Crichley prepared a watermelon salad with stone fruit, ricotta cheese and tipped it off with Minus 8 ice wine vinegar. Following the demonstration, guests were able to sample the finished dish.
